Recently, AntDB completed the adaptation of IT application and was successfully listed in the Shanghai Information Innovation Product Catalog of Public Service Platform. This shortlisting once again verifies that AntDB meets the requirements for controllability of this innovative IT product, and also recognizes AntDB’s nearly 20-year R&D and service capability.

From the technical point of view, every line of code of AntDB comes from its own engineer team, and the code independence rate of the product is over 96% in the information innovation test. According to the first generation of AntDB R&D engineers, at the beginning of the 21st century, based on the telecom demand of a super province, the R&D team of AsiaInfo was "commissioned to take the task", and without any experience and products to refer to, they learned from textbooks little by little, wrote code line by line, then ran the system for testing, worked overtime to grind the product, and finally, on the basis of telecom-level high availability, the throughput rate and response time of the whole transaction processing were improved by an order of magnitude compared with the mainstream foreign databases, and the first-generation AntDB - memory database was born. Since then, AntDB has officially embarked on the road of self-research of core technology in the production environment of telecom carriers.

With the development of China's telecom technology from 2G 5G, AntDB always conducts kernel technology iteration and upgrade with long-term view. From in-memory database to highly available full-featured relational database, then to full-stack database compatible with MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle, and further to cloud-native distributed database with multi-mode, and now the 7.2 version of hyper-converged streaming real-time data warehouse, which illustrates that each step is at the forefront of technology.

With the support of information innovation policies, AntDB brings its advantages to light. The multi-modal SQL parsing engine allows one set of database to meet the need for the replacement of foreign database; the tool kit including intelligent operation and maintenance and one-click migration reduces the cost for customers to learn and operate. 2.After active adaptation and compatibility, fully integrated into the ecology of information innovation

From the perspective of ecological construction, AntDB is actively adapted and compatible with information innovation ecosystem and fully integrated into it. At present, it has supported many domestic chips and operating systems, and realized the comprehensive interface with domestic CPU architectures such as Phytium, Loongson, Kunpeng and Hygon, and domestic operating systems such as UnionTech, NeoKylin, Kylin and openEuler.

AntDB’ Solution as Role Model

AntDB, as a domestic database with a fully self-researched kernel, has taken the lead in helping China Mobile complete the upgrade of its database system with its more than ten years' accumulation in the telecom industry, and after introducing AntDB into the core scenario of the business operation support system, the cost saving is more than 50%, the response speed of the interface on the business side is improved by nearly 30%, and the efficiency of business processing is increased by 35%, which has played an advanced role as a model within the company, and cultivates talents and accumulates experience for the upgrading of more branches in provinces.

At the same time, AntDB also helped a provincial expressway take the lead in completing the cost reduction and efficiency upgrade of the clearing and settlement system in the transportation industry, which became a benchmark model for the transformation and upgrade of IT system in the transportation industry and greatly enhanced and confidence of the transportation industry to reduce cost and improve efficiency. After AntDB was put on line, the efficiency of the ETC system splitting business was improved by 90%, the efficiency of ETC clearing bookkeeping was improved by 60%, and the report generation time was shortened by nearly 90%, which greatly improved the processing efficiency of various businesses of the clearing and settlement system. The application of AntDB in the expressway clearing and settlement system of a province in southwest China provides the unified service capability and the processing capability of "full process + multi-protocol + high performance + full business data" for the data system of the provincial center, which meets the requirements of centralized collection, processing and query of massive transaction data and supports the two-level structure of ministry and province after the abolition of provincial boundary toll.

In addition, AntDB has also helped customers in finance, government, medical and other industries to complete the upgrade of their core business systems.
