On Feb 10, the 2023 Kickoff Meeting of AsiaInfo Anhui was successfully held, with the joint participations of branches in Beijing, Hangzhou and Nanjing at the same time, and Chen haixia, as distinguished guest, was invited to share her experience.

AntDB is a standardized product that forged by AsiaInfo Technologies to focus on information innovation industry, carried by AsiaInfo Anhui as a separate BU operating independently, and bears great expectations in business development.

On this Kickoff Meeting, we summarized all accomplishments and mistakes and praised those teams and individuals with extraordinary contributions in 2022, and made plans on major tasks in 2023, so that our teams and staff have the impetus and courage to face up challenges and write a new chapter of high-quality development both of the company and themselves.

The passing 2022 for impending 2023

At the beginning of the meeting, Wangli, the general manager of AsiaInfo Anhui, delivered a report on achievements in 2022 and plans in 2023. 2022 witnessed a variety of favorable changes, such as business breakthrough of AsiaInfo Anhui in foreign market, which had stepped into 7 industries; the Dark Horse of the Year granted by Modb to AntDB; the release of new-generation hyper-converged database with stream/batch integration, realizing comprehensive upgrade of product line; and structural adjustment to ensure right execution of organization and strategic intentions.

In 2023, AsiaInfo Anhui will keep marching forward with its original aspiration buried in mind, sparing no efforts in doing the following five aspects: first, occupy the technological highland and pull the business growth through base consolidation and development innovation; second, concrete the foundation when building industrial barrier; third, find the most suitable niche market and preempt the opportunity; forth, make more partners and cooperate with them to expand market scale; fifth, optimize the organization and enhance the cultivation of company culture and values to foster more comrades.

Later, the distinguished guest Chne Haixia shared a story themed on “little contributions and firm steps make grandeur”, which is the experience of team founding and development of Energy and Business Department, in order to let AntDB database team understand why we are united and how to become a group with infinite energy and creativity. The story had cast a seed of dream in the heart of the members.
